The IRS has released the design for the new Enrolled Agent (EA) logo that may be used by EAs to promote their business. The logo may be used in professional communications and marketing materials.

The logo should only be used by those individuals who under Circular 230 rules are authorized to use the designation “Enrolled Agent” and who are not currently under suspension or disbarment from practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Logos should be used as they have been created and may not be redrawn or recreated, however they may be reduced in size.
